WHY WE GIVE

As followers of Jesus, we consider giving to be an act of worship to the Lord. We give in response to the grace and generosity of Christ. Our giving is not a legalistic duty, but rather a cheerful offering of whatever amount God has placed on our hearts by His grace (2 Corinthians 9:7). This “grace-giving” is God-directed, generous, willing, cheerful, and motivated by love (2 Corinthians 8:2-8).
